While he was unconscious, he was subjected to a number of Hojo's experiments, before he retired to one of the coffins in the room adjacent to the scientists' lab in the basement of Shinra Mansion, where he slept for 30 years as his self-appointed 'punishment' for failing Lucrecia. |
